2nd leg of Fiji TV 7s series to be tougher
With most teams using this tournament as a build up to the Uprising Fiji International 7s next weekend the competition will bring out the best provincial teams.
Naitasiri 2 was the winner of the opening leg at Lawaqa Park last year and is the top seed for this weekend.
Teams like Nadroga will have most of their senior players while Namosi will be represented by the Wardens team who are the winners of the Coral Coast, Dreketi, Vuda and Namarai 7s.
In the Women’s competition, Tomasi Cama’s Chinese Anhui provincial team will be providing the international flavor to the tournament as they compete with Marist Seahawks the defending champions from the Sigatoka 7s.
Competition in the Fiji TV 7s series in Nadi kicks-off at Prince Charles Park at 8am.
