A 24yr old Bank officer from Suva was yesterday fined $375 for driving under the influence of liquor.
The Suva Magistrate court was told that Shree Shiva Kant was stopped by Police in Emi St early Monday morning and upon being tested, he was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
The court was also told that upon Police demand, Kant gave wrong information about his identity.
In court, Kant said that he gave his friends identity card to Police and it was his mistake.
Kant's licence has also been disqualified for three months.
