The total amount of money received in the Prime Minister's National Disaster and Rehabilitation Fund was $23.08 million.
Attorney General and Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says the current balance for the fund is $4.8 million.
Sayed-Khaiyum says the total amount received was through cash donations after Tropical Cyclone Winston in February this year.
The total amount given by individual local and overseas donors was $4.83 million.
More than $2 million each was received from the High Commissions of India, Indonesia and China while the Asian Development Bank donated more than $4 million.
Sayed-Khaiyum says a total of $18.277 million has been used as expenditure.
$9.8 million has been utilized for the Help for Homes Initiative while $8.4 million has been used for food rations and relief supplies.
The Minister for Economy has also revealed that $80.12 million of aid-in-kind assistance was received by the government while $23.05 million was received as cash donations from the different countries around the world.
Sayed-Khaiyum also stresses that any remaining funds will be utilised for good cause in future.
