A 20 year old man of Nadi is in police custody for allegedly stabbing his father with a penknife yesterday.
Assistant Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri has confirmed the alleged incident took place when his parents were arguing.
It is alleged that he got hold of a penknife and stabbed his father who was later treated and sent home.
Police have once again called on members of the public not to resort to violence and to resolve your problems amicably.
