A 2-year-old boy drowned in the sea while playing with his friends in Kiuva, Tailevu yesterday.
The boy was last seen leaving the house to play with other kids in the village.
His body was later found floating by some villagers.
A post mortem will be conducted today.
The drowning toll is now 20 compared to 9 during the same period last year.
