Team Fiji has managed to win two more medals on Day 5 of competition at the Arafura Games in Darwin.

Weightlifter Joe Vueti won the silver medal in the 77kg category while Wilson Rigamoto settled for the bronze medal in the open men's singles table tennis competition.

They now have 2 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze.

There are a few more competitors left to take part and team official Jay Shree is hoping that the athletes will win more medals before the Arafura Games end next week.
