Two men of Nasinu charged with robbery with violence were today sentenced to eight and six years imprisonment by the Suva High Court.

The court heard that Tomasi Bulitaiwaluwalu and Kolinio Vueti in 2007 robbed a service station in Manoca of over $1000 cash and other items after threatening the staff with a kitchen knife.

While passing his sentence, Justice Salesi Temo considered the guilty plea and mitigation of both men.

Tomasi who has previous convictions was sentenced to 8 years, however, Kolinio was sentenced to six years imprisonment.
