Nausori Police are questioning two men in relation to the abduction of a 32 year old man whose body was found in Vishnu Deo Road in Nakasi on Saturday.
Divisional Crime Officer Eastern, ASP Arthur White confirmed to Fijivillage News that the two were arrested last night and are currently being interrogated at the Nausori Police Station.
A post mortem is expected to be conducted today to determine the cause of his death.
According to a Police report, the deceased was at his home celebrating Diwali with his family when a group of youths entered his house and allegedly abducted him.
They then took him away in a van.
His family lodged a report with Nausori Police station soon after the incident, however after some time, they received a call from police to come and identify his body which was found in Vishnu Deo road Nakasi at around 7.30pm.
