Two men and a woman appeared before Magistrate Chaitanya Latchman at the Nausori Court this afternoon charged with the murder of Shalesh Prakash last weekend.

31 year old Moreen Lata who was Prakash's wife along with 35 year old Bharat Lal and 23 year old Jayant Lal were told to seek a lawyer to represent them in the next court sitting.

Plea was not taken today and they are remanded for the next 14 days.

The three are remanded at the Suva Prison.

The case will be recalled on the 10th July, 2009.

Meanwhile, the post mortem conducted on 40 year old Nadawa crane operator Shalesh Prakash revealed that he died of multiple fractures to his skull.

Prakash was found dead at Sawani-Serea Road on Sunday morning and his company vehicle was later found abandoned in Nakasi on Tuesday afternoon.
