The Interim Communication Minister has today cleared the air that only two companies so far have free to air television licenses while two other companies are expected to be awarded their licenses soon.

Speaking to Village News, Tom Ricketts stressed that Mai TV and Channel Two televisions were awarded license last year and they have been given until April to start their operations.

Ricketts has also confirmed that Telei Vision and Pacific Broadcasting Cooperation are also in contention to get the license and the Ministry is now waiting for the two companies to pay their license fees.
