Two Bollywood films both with A-list star casts is expected to be shot in Fiji later this year in order to promote Fiji as a tourist destination.

Over 80% of the first movie named "Pranksters" will be shot here at various locations.

Film's Chief Assistant Director, Mohammed Burma-walla said they have been visiting certain locations for the past week, and there are plans to visits resorts in Nadi, Savusavu and Taveuni. The story is based on a murder mystery and is about Medical students from India coming to Fiji to attend a seminar. Most of the shooting is expected to be held at the University of the South Pacific and the Fiji School of Medicine.

Star cast in the first film include Kunal Khemu, Pradeep Babbar, Utpen Patel, Tanishna Mukherji, Aiysha, Johnny Lever, Gulshan Grover and there are also plans to include famous Bollywood actress Kajol.

Film Producer, Mohammed Jalal said the focus will be to show the real Fiji to the world as a song will be based on Fiji.
