Police have charged two suspects who were allegedly involved in a robbery in Kuku, Bau road, Nausori on Thursday morning.

Divisional Crime Officer Southern ASP Keshri Lal confirms the two have been charged with house-breaking with the intention to commit felony.

The post mortem of 23 year old Wate Aka who was allegedly involved in the break-in has revealed that he died because of several damages caused to his brain because of the gun shot.

His elder brother is in a critical condition at the CWM hospital.

Hospital officials confirm the 36 year old man who suffered gunshots to the eyes underwent surgery and was reported that he had totally lost the right eye and had reconstruction to the left eye.

Meanwhile, Police have relocated the owner of the house who shot the two during the break-in.

Police say they will only reconsider charging him when investigations are completed.
