The Ministry of Health has confirmed another 16 cases of Pandemic H1N1 2009.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 97.

The 16 were confirmed from the batch of 24 samples tested at the Mataika House laboratory yesterday.

All 16 cases are from Suva with 8 males and 8 females.

Ministry of Health spokesperson Iliesa Tora said that there have been no serious complicated cases recorded, and majority of the earlier cases have recovered.
