15 member National 7s team named for HK
Veiyasana's Timoci Matanavou, Sigatoka Police Naisa Nakurutabua and Jone Kuruduadua from City Eagles were named in the final 15-man squad.
The 15 man squad again are the three new players, Timoci Matanavou, Naisa Nakurutabua, Jone Kuruduadua, Semisi Naevo, Mosese Volavola, Viliame Maya, Marika Vunibaka, Setefano Cakau, Emosi Vucago, Tomasi Mawi, Iliavi Satala, William Ryder, Nasoni Roko, Epeli Vuniwaqa and Lepani Nabuliwaqa.
Coach Joe Savou will name his final 12-players for the two IRB 7s series tournaments next week.
Meanwhile, the Prison Gold 7s rugby side has won the 2008 Fiji Bitter Marist 7s tournament at the Post Fiji stadium this afternoon.
Led by National 7s rep Setefano Cakau Prison Gold defeated Army Red by 33 points to 19 in the final.
Prison Gold won the first prize-money of 10-thousand dollars.
