14 yr old Filo Lagilevu today beat close to 80 participants for the chance to kick off her modeling career at the upcoming MHCC Fiji Fashion Week in October.
The young Taveuni lass and Form three student of Adi Cakobau School was one of the close to 80 participants at the "So you want to be a model" competition at the MHCC shopping centre in Suva, which gave a chance to get an automatic entry into the upcoming Fiji Fashion Week.
Lagilevu said she was scared at first but she did not let her young age be a hurdle into achieving her dream of becoming a model.
The MHCC Fiji Fashion Week will be held from the 18th to the 23rd of October.
