Fiji's 14 year old running sensation at the recent Pacific Games in Samoa, Akesa Drotini has enrolled for Form 3 at Adi Cakobau School in Sawani.
The talented runner is being separated from her family for the first time in the hope of achieving her academic and athletic dreams.
Drotini is currently a boarder at ACS, which was highly recommended by her parents.
Meanwhile Acting Chief Executive TFL, Taito Tabaleka in a statement stated that TFL's sponsorship for Akesa includes her school fees for the duration of her education at ACS and also her stationery, medical and other needs.
Tabaleka said they will stand by Akesa as part of the signing of her contract last year and will ensure that her talents are nurtured.
