A total of 14 overseas players are coming to Fiji for next month's Courts Homecentres IDC.

Super Premier division teams, Labasa, Nadi, Nadroga, Lautoka, Nasinu and Suva will rely on overseas based players to win the last major soccer tournament of the year.

Labasa is waiting for the arrival of Shivan Samy, son of Labasa coach Anand Samy and Buksh Khan from Australia while Nadroga will have six players from Australia playing for them.

Nadi one of the favourites has secured the services of three players from the Solomons while Lautoka will also rely on players from Australia and Nasinu has brought in a player from Canada.

Suva are still making up their minds on overseas players after their top choice striker New Zealand based Pita Rabo was ruled out after dislocating his shoulder while playing for Wairarapa Club.

All the 14 players are expected to arrive in the country as early as next week. The Courts Homecentres IDC will start on 9th October at Ba's Govind Park.
