A 12-year-old boy of Tokotoko Navua passed away in a tragic incident in Navua Town yesterday.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says that according to initial information, the boy was riding his bicycle towards Navua Town when a dog ran after him and in the process he swerved onto the road and collided with a vehicle.
Police say the driver also tried to swerve but could not avoid coming into contact with the boy who was being chased by the dog.
