Twelve players have been named as the leaders of the three Hockey Fiji teams that will be competing at the first Pacific Hockey Cup Championships in Suva.
Team Fiji coach Hector Smith said Shaun Corrie, Amasai Matabua, Hector Smith Jr and Reginald Eastgate will lead the Presidents 11 squad, while Jim Tora and George Rogers will also play key roles for the Warriors team.
Lucretia Smith, Thomasina Ah-Ben and Emi Nawaqakuta have been chosen for the national women's side.
Hector Smith said that with these players, they are confident of a good outing.
Apart from the three Fiji teams, there will also be teams from New Zealand and Australia competing in the two day event at the National Hockey Centre in Suva.
