11 families asked to vacant land
Master of High Court Anare Tuilevuka while handing down the order notes that the land in question registered under the Nasinu Land Purchase and Housing Co-Operative Limited and comprises 326 acres and two roads.
The land in question is undeveloped and for quite some time, people have been squatting on the land.
