100 thousand draft People's Charter response forms have been given to the people in the Western division.
Commissioner Western Press Secretary, Waisale Tora said a total of 50,000 Fijian and 50,000 English response forms have been distibuted to the communities visited by the PR Team in the six districts in the west.
He said Commissioner Western, Joeli Rokovada has urged officials conducting the Charter public outreach and awareness consultations to uphold the integrity of the civil service and to maintain vigilance and restraint over the utilisation of funds allocated for the exercise.
Tora said arrangements are also being made for the transportation of copies of the draft Charter to Yasawa.
Preparations are also being made for the People's Forum to be conducted at Churchill Park, Prince Charles Park, Lawaqa Park, Namosau Park and Garvey Park.
