Ten new players will be named in the Digicel Fiji Sevens team for the next leg of the IRB World Sevens Series.

Coach Alifereti Dere said they will stick to the plan put into place before the season started that they will try out all players in the extended training squad.

Dere added new players who are likely to make the cut for the next leg include Suva’s Vilitati Sokiveta, Nadroga halfback Sakiusa Gavidi, Naitasiri’s Seremaia Tuwai and Sikeli Vuruna and Timoci Vakadranu.

Meanwhile, the 36 players in the training squad will be undergoing a fitness test next Wednesday.

The next tournament is the Dubai 7s that will kick off on the 30th of next month.
