Ten kids from Fiji are the latest to be affected by New Zealand's travel sanctions placed on Fiji after the December 5th takeover.

Pacific Radio News reports that the ten were part of a group which was supposed to attend the Scouts Jamboree in Christchurch.

Contingent Leader, Ratu Meli Yabakivou said it’s unfortunate the 10 to 13 year old have to pay for their parents and relatives affiliations with the military.

He said the kids were looking forward to the get-together but were told not to even bother to apply for a visa because it would be declined.
