The Methodist Church of Fiji has confirmed that church levy of $10 per head is important for the church mission.

This money is used in the administration of the church office, schools, Homes like Dilkusha and the Veilomani Boys Home.

Newly elected President, Reverend Tuikilakila Waqairatu said the church levy alone cannot meet the demands of the church mission, however they are looking at other options.

Each member of the church is committed to give $10 and expects to increase to $15 per head.
