The contracts of ten Permanent Secretaries will come to an end on the 31st of March, and due to this their positions have been advertised.
Public Service Commission Chairman Josefa Serulagilagi said this is normal procedure, and the ten positions will be advertised whereby even the current holders of the positions will have to re-apply.
The ten positions include the Permanent Secretary for Labour, Justice, Trade and Commerce, Defence, Lands, Local Government, Public Utilities, Agriculture, PSC and Indigenous Affairs.
