The managers role in Committee run schools are being relooked by the Ministry of Education.
Education Minister Filipe Bole said the Legislation was put in place back in 1966 and it is time for a change so the Education System is able to be up to date with the current technological advances.
According to Bole, the new amendments would reduce the constant disputes that occur between such schools and the Ministry.
Meanwhile, Bole had earlier called for the school managements understanding with regards to the State Service Decree and work with the new teachers who were replacing those that retired.
Under the review, three areas would be looked at and they are changes to the Education Act, Policy changes as well as relooking at School Managers roles.
