The Director of Public Prosecutions Office is yet to make a decision regarding the fate of the nine Methodist Church ministers and officials after their lawyer last week asked the court that the nine should not be charged as they are only employees of the Church.

In court today, Acting DPP John Rabuku asked the court for more time to reassess the charges before Magistrate Eparama Rokoika and the case has been adjourned to 17th December.

Magistrate Rokoika had agreed that the charges be reviewed and the bail conditions still stand.

Still in court, Naitasiri High Chief Ratu Inoke Takiveikata's bankruptcy case was called before Magistrate Mary Muir.

Kasabias Limited has taken Ratu Inoke Takiveikata to court for not paying his debt amounting to $70,000.

More time was given by the court for Ratu Inoke to settle the debt and the case has been adjourned to the 11th of next month.
