Paul the Octopus has become an international figure after correctly forecasting the results for all six of Germany's World Cup games.
However, the octopus shocked Germany by picking Spain to win and as a result, as it turned out, that was Paul was correct.
Some Germans now want to see Paul publicly barbecued.
Paul will also make his prediction for the third place play off match between Germany and Uruguay.
Paul's handlers will follow the now familiar routine.
Two boxes containing the Spain and Holland flag will be lowered into his tank, each containing his favourite seafood food as well and whichever box Paul picks food from first is the winner.
The Netherlands and Spain 2010 World Cup final kicks-off on Monday at 6.30am.
